SHIPPING
CDs are NEW, shrink-wrapped in standard jewel cases with printed booklet containing program notes (4 - 8 panels)
and printed tray card (back).
Normally, CDs will be shipped either same or next day after order received, excepting holidays or unforeseen
circumstances.
Domestic US: FREE SHIPPING via USPS MEDIA MAIL (USPS estimates 2-9
days delivery timeframe based on distance) or USPS First Class mail, depending on quantity ordered and destination.
International Shipping: Standard international shipping (delivery timeframes vary) is $7.00 (regardless
of the number of CDs sent). Global Priority (6-10 day delivery timeframe estimated by USPS) is available for a
flat fee of $16.00. Please select desired shipping method during checkout. Shipping to some international
destinations is not available. Please inquire prior to ordering.
MP3 DOWNLOADS
The process for downloading MP3 files is as follows: Once
payment is received, an email will be sent immediately with download instructions, including a download link for each
MP3 purchased. The MP3 files are delivered as self-extracting zip (compressed) files, with an extension .EXE. The
compressed files range in size from about 700KB (short individual track of ~ 30 seconds) to 125MB (complete album of 70+ minutes),
and are 30-40% larger when uncompressed. Please bear this in mind for downloading times (varying according to your
connection speed, as well as file size) and your computer/device capacity. Note: Downloading large files can
require considerable time (e.g., several hours) to download, even with high-speed connectivity. Once
downloaded, just click on the .EXE file to automatically create each MP3 file, then enjoy the music!
No additional software or utilities are required to
download or use these files. For security purposes, files must be downloaded within 48 hours,
after which time the download link will expire. To avoid unlawful copying or misuse, each download link
may only be used once. Should you experience any technical difficulties, please contact us.
PAYMENT METHODS
Ordering can only be done online. We
accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Billing is through the largest online 3rd-party
payment gateway (Paypal), so we do not see, access, process or retain credit card information.
